# WeYouI

> WeYouI is an AI product for early-stage Indian founders. A founder speaks or types one sentence about their idea, in Telugu, Hindi or English; specialist AI agents turn it into a sharp plan and an interactive XR demo the founder can walk an investor or customer through, shared as a single link. It is built and operated by Nirukta Digital XR Technologies Private Limited, Hyderabad, India (CIN U62090TS2025PTC198275). Founder and CEO: Pavankumar Chakravarthula.

## What it does

- Speak: take an idea as one sentence, typed or spoken, in Indian languages through Sarvam AI.
- Plan: specialist agents (discovery, strategy, design, execution, validation and others) write a brief: who it is for, why they would pay, what to build first. Underneath, the agents follow the 4D method (Discover, Decide, Define, Do, Done), with a purpose guardian keeping them aligned to what the founder said they want.
- Step inside: build the idea as an interactive XR demo that works in a browser and on a phone.
- Share: one link that opens the demo with no app and no account.
- Remember: every founder keeps a twin (soul.md: who they are; intent.md: what they are going for) and a Business Model Canvas; every agent reads both before answering.

## Who it is for

Early-stage founders in India (startups, D2C brands, service businesses) who have an idea but no structured path from idea to execution. It is not a coding tool and not an enterprise product.

- Pro: INR 1,999 per month, for solo founders.
- Cohort plans for accelerators are quoted per programme.

## Names

- Nirukta Digital XR Technologies Private Limited: the company.
- WeYouI (weyoui.ai): the product and the brand; also the founder's philosophy ("We, You, I").
- P@1 Agents: the name of the agent engine inside WeYouI. "P@1" means Purpose at 1: one clear purpose first.
